Giveaway terms and conditions
- Organizer: Lisa Del Piero, c/o getitdone GmbH, Holsteinischer Kamp 37, 22081 Hamburg, Germany
- Eligibility: All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Entry Period: The contest begins on December 28, 2023, and ends on December 31, 2023.
- How to Participate: Participation is achieved by subscribing to the LDP Newsletter, following the LDP Workouts IG account, and commenting on the last post, or by submitting an informal participation declaration via email to support@ldpworkouts.de. Each person may participate only once.
- Exclusion from the Contest: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of manipulation or violation of the participation terms from the contest.
- Determination of Winners: Winners will be determined after the close of entry through a random drawing process.
- Prizes: The exact prizes of the contest are described as follows: Free choice of an LDP Workout Training Guide.
- Notification and Delivery of Prizes: Winners will be notified via Instagram DM, email, or phone. Prizes will be delivered to the winners by mail or in person. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their provided contact information.
- Data Protection: Collected data will be used solely for the execution of the contest and will be deleted afterward unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
- Liability Disclaimer: The organizer is not liable for damages resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical equipment and service disturbances, incorrect content, data loss or deletion, viruses, or other issues during participation in the contest.
- Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
- Final Provisions: Should any individual provision of these participation terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining participation terms remains unaffected.
